Juanita started her career in real estate by working for various residential companies in the mid-1990s. Prior to working as a full-time property manager in 1999, she attended Ivy Tech Community College for business. She has since then worked for several well-known apartment communities and various residential property owners.

Her tradition of excellence in property management continues to carry on after purchasing property for herself. Juanita has earned some distinguished certificates and is a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker.

Juanita was born in Gary, Indiana and was raised on military bases up and down the coast of California. She is the eldest of three girls and resides in Miller with her husband. Juanita enjoys being active in her community and can regularly be found enjoying a great meal and conversation with her friends and family.
