owner appoints Total Comfort Realty & Property Management, LLC as their lawful agent with full
authority to do any and all lawful things necessary for the fulfillment of advertisings, finding,
screening, and selecting a suitable renter to lease safe, decent, and sanitary homes you may have
available to rent. Total Comfort Realty & Property Management, LLC knows that being a fulltime
landlord can sometimes put a damper on exciting planned adventures or even weigh on every day life
expectancies. Our business is to provide owners the comfort of Resting Easy. Total Comfort Realty
& Property Management, LLC duties are to procure a tenant on behalf of the owner as follows:
Advertise the property and display signs thereon,
Verify the income and/or employment,
Collect security deposit and or initial rental payment
Find a suitable tenancy candidate to lease the premises, by completing landlord reference, credit check, and the initial (current residency) inspection.
Review and advise any and all leasing information with the tenant pertaining to tenant leasing.
