Tenant Finder Services is a service to northwest Indiana landlords and owners.  In this process the owner appoints Total Comfort Realty & Property Management, LLC as his lawful agent with full authority to do any and all lawful things necessary for the fulfillment of advertisings, finding, screening, and selecting a suitable renter to lease safe, decent, and sanitary homes you may have available to rent.  Total Comfort Realty & Property Management, LLC know that being a fulltime landlord can sometimes put a damper on exciting planned adventures or even weight on every day life expectancies.  Our business is to provide owners the comfort of Resting Easy.  Total Comfort Realty & Property Management, LLC duties to procure a tenant on behalf of the owner are as follows:

1. Advertise the property and display signs thereon,
2. Verify the income and/or employment,
3. Collect security deposit and or initial rental payment
4. Find a suitable tenancy candidate to lease the premises, by completing landlord reference, credit check, and the initial (current residency) inspection.
5. Review and advise any and all leasing information with the tenant pertaining to tenant leasing.
