Prior to starting her career in the Indiana Real Estate Market, Kophye accumulated 12 years of housing experience in the areas of Senior High-rise Housing, Project based and Subsidy based housing programs, Project Rehabilitation and Property Management of single family dwellings, Drug Awareness programs, and grant writing techniques.

While attending Ivy Tech Community College to obtain her degree in Business Management, Kophye decided to launch a Property Management business to aid in families continued housing needs.  She has earned some distinguishing certificates and is a Licensed Indiana Realtor®.  Truly ecstatic about doing God’s will of helping others, Kophye sought for new and innovative ways to better serve the citizens of Indiana and accepted a position as Project Coordinator and Property Manager with an investment company.  There she Researched, Implemented, and Operated a program designed and set up to provide families with safe, decent, and affordable rehabbed single family dwellings.

As a lifelong Gary, Indiana resident, Kophye has been afforded the knowledge and a clear in-depth insight of what you need to become self sufficient in Indiana.  With her continued desire to reach for excellence, Kophye has chosen a path that suits her need to continue being active in the research of what it means to help build a shining community.

Kophye has noticed that it is during our struggles that we begin to discover the larger truths and develop the values that govern our lives.  She’s also learned that hope is really vital to the existence of the spirit.  Without it, we are nothing. 

She lives each day as though it is her last, dream as though her life has barely begun, and thrive to make her dream become a reality.
