As your Property Management team, we will take care of everything from the daily operations to property management.  We will act on behalf of the owner by advertising, leasing, and maintaining property.  Total Comfort Enquires include contacting every potential tenant’s bank manager, employer, previous Landlord, etc.  We will maintain verbal and written communication between Total Comfort, Owner, and the Tenants regarding issues related to the leasing rules.  Mandatory, periodic property inspections will be performed quarterly for the purposes of preserving capital for our owners, and maintaining safe living conditions for the tenants.  Total Comfort will also pre-inspect all homes under our management to assure that each property is maintained within city guidelines.  Total Comfort will strive to promote growth and goodwill to every owner that we service.  Within reasonable foresee ability, any tenant Total Comfort find for you will be a suitable tenant.  Total Comfort guarantees that each new owner property will be leased in a timely fashion if accepted.  Total Comfort Property Management, LLC business is to provide owners the Comfort of resting easy.
